Korin-in Temple is one of the sub-temples of Daitokuji Temple. It was founded between 1521 and 1533 by Yoshifusa Hatakeyama.
The main hall (called Hojo), the Karamon-gate and Omotem-gate are designated as Important Cultural Assets.
They are buildings of a typical zen style.
"The Tsubaki-Onagadori-Moyo-Tsuishubon" (Tray specified for important cultural asset) is owned as a treasure of the temple. It is not open to the public.
