Jizo-in

Jizo-in Temple belong to the Rinzai sect of Buddhism.
This temple was founded by Yoriyuki-Hosokawa in 1367.
It is also called as the Temple of Bamboo.
This temple was destroyed by fire during the Onin War, and it was rebuilt in 1686.
This temple has a dry landscape garden, known as the "Garden of Buddha's 16 Disciplines".
