Kifune

Kifune Shrine is unknown at the creation age.
The god of the supply of water is enshrined in this shrine.
It has been believed in at the dynasty of successive.
And, the belief of people of an occupation related to water is thick now.
It is said that the the main worship hall "Hongu" was moved to a present place from Okumiya place in 1055.
"Kibune festival" is held on June 1.
The portable shrine kneads the Kibune town on this day.
Moreover, the Izumo Shinto music and dancing is dedicated.
