Ota-jinja

Ota-jinja is a sub-shrine of Kamigamo-jinja Shrine.
A lot of wild rabbitear irises grow naturally in the "Ota-no-sawa" swamp in precincts of this shrine.
Flowers of the rabbitear iris bloom from the beginning of May to the late-May.
They are specified for the natural monument of the government.
Moreover, the stroll path that is called "Path of Ota" from Ota-jinja Shrine to a small mountain in this shrine back goes.
