Kinkakuji temple originated from the villa of Shogun Yoshimitsu Ashikaga. The second and third floors are covered with gold leaf.
Ryoanji temple is well known as having a dry landscape garden "The Rock Garden".
Ninnaji Temple was called as the Old Imperial Palace of Omuro.
